How do I (23F) make these boys (20-23M) do their dishes?

So I'm about to move into a house with 4 guys and a girl and we're all doing a joint lease. I asked about chore distribution and the guys were all like "Eh, we'll just do them when we do them, and if someone's doing more than others than they will speak up." And I was like, "Uh, no." Because this has never, ever worked out in my past experiences. I get that I'm a woman, and I don't want to automatically be seen as the tidy one, but I sort of have to take things into my own hands here. My suggestions of Assigned Chore Day or Chore Charts were met with scoffs and insults. How do I get these boys to do their dishes? Or should I just suck it up and do them myself?
