Three men have committed suicide infront of me

To start with I am a security guard. I have been working for the same company for 9 years and have worked at a few different spots. I used to work on a contract at a highway bridge/tunnel. The tunnel is about a mile long and connects to a 90ft tall bridge that connects the land. We had a problem with jumpers. A lot of people would end their life there. The first time was a man. He took a running jump and hit the water running. he was in his 30’s. I tried to get his name so I can find his obituary but I was never able to. The second was a 46 year old woman, she had just come from the hospital after a stay in the psychward and jumped. The last was a 19 year old man. He jumped without hesitation as soon as he got over the railing. It was the most painful looking thing I have ever seen. I have thought about all three a lot. I hope they can find peace where they are. <br><br>I always wonder if I could have done anything else to have saved them. But I don’t think I could have. A lot of people have told me it’s not my fault. But I still carry it with me. <br><br>That is my confession
