I think I'm possessed

I'm 17, I've never seen anything super weird but I've had a presence in my life for as long as I can remember. I just thought I was being paranoid and overthinking things, but it's gotten worse the last few months.<br><br>I was talking to my friend, she was telling me she saw a shadow man in her house, and I told her my experiences with my "shadow man". I hadn't told anyone about it in years, but I told her everything about it.<br><br>The same night, I had a bad feeling and went to my room, and I felt a presence right next to my bed. It felt so real, like I could feel his cold breath in my ear. I freaked out, and I couldn't sleep.<br><br>I couldn't sleep because my room was too hot, and my mom is gone for a few days. The next morning, my grandma came to watch me for the day, and I told her everything that happened that night.<br><br>She started freaking out, and she told me that I shouldn't be talking about these things. I told her that my friend told me to tell her, and she said "well you shouldn't have told her, now he knows we're talking about him."<br><br>I was confused and I asked her who "he" is, and she just whispered "his name is Zorvath". She started packing her stuff up and left, saying "we'll talk about this at home".<br><br>I thought it was just crazy talk and I didn't think anything of it, but I couldn't shake the feeling I'd just gotten. I couldn't sleep again that night.<br><br>I'm freaking out. Is it possible I'm possessed? I never did anything to offend any spirits, I'm a good kid. I don't even drink or smoke weed.<br><br>I know I'm probably not possessed, but I don't know what to do. I don't know how to make it stop. I can feel it getting worse every day.
