What did he mean by "One day we shall, perhaps, arrive at a beautiful kind of chaos"?

I was reading a collection of Wittgenstein's thoughts and I came across this one, in which I couldn't find a deeper meaning, or a relation to the rest of the thoughts. One day we shall, perhaps, arrive at a beautiful kind of chaos.
