Thoughts from someone who has been on the internet for 25+ years

First off, I don't want any carthartic replies or any replies that are like "you're not a REAL channer". I want REAL replies. I'll keep this short, I've been on the internet since I was like 7. I started on AOL, went to Yahoo chat rooms, went on MySpace, went on Facebook, went on Discord, went on Twitter, and even went on Instagram. I don't remember when I joined 4chan. I just know it was here.<br><br>What I want to ask is, are you guys happy? What is your reasoning for being here? I've been on this site since I was in middle school. I'm now in my 30s. Is this a positive influence on your life? How has 4chan impacted you? I mean I think this place is funny, but I don't know if I'd call it a positive influence on my life.<br><br>I just want to hear from *actual* anons.
