I (F19) caught my boyfriend (M18) cheating on me. At my birthday party

Bare in mind I'm still pretty hurt so this may not be very clear and im sorry. I'm shaking while writing this <br><br>So yesterday was my (F19) birthday. My bf (M18) was planning to threw me a surprise birthday party with his sister (F18) and her boyfriend (M19) and one of our mutual friends (M20). So my bf left the house (where he was living with me) around noon yesterday to make last minute preparations. He said he'd pick me up at 7 so we could go to the party.<br><br>At 7 he texted me saying that he was running late because his sister had to work overtime and he had to finish the decorations. He said he'd be there at 7.45 but at 7.45 he said he still needed 15 minutes. I didn't think anything of this. I texted him at 8 and ask when he'd be here. He didn't respond. I tried calling, no response. I tried texting our mutual friend and his sister's boyfriend but they didn't respond either.<br><br>At 8.15 I finally decided to drive to the place where the party would be held. My bf said the party was organized by his sister and her bf and I didn't know the address so I decided to trace his phone. I arrived at the location and rang the doorbell. The door opened and my bf was standing there. With his sister and her bf. I was very confused. I asked where the party was and if I couldn't come in to wait but he said no. He was acting very nervous and I could see tears in his eyes. I was wondering what was going on and I asked. He didn't respond, he just started crying. I asked again and his sister's boyfriend said "just tell her". My bf finally told me that there was no party and that he was cheating on me. He told me that my birthday was the perfect opportunity to break up with me because he wouldn't be considered a 'bad guy' when he cheats on me on my birthday.<br><br>He told me that the girl he cheated on me with was in the house and that she didn't want me to leave without her. So I waited and this girl came out wearing only a sweater and underwear. I recognized her as his ex gf who he had a long lasting feud with because she cheated on him. She said "oh look. If it isn't his dumb little girlfriend". I asked her wtf was going on and she laughed and called me a loser. His sister and her bf just watched and said nothing. They said they had nothing to do with this and that my bf planned this all by himself.<br><br>After that I realized I had no car keys because my bf had them. He usually drove my car because his car was in repair after he crashed it. He took the keys from me and told me to get in the car. He didn't say where he was taking me but he drove me to a park and told me to get out. He gave me the keys and said I could go home. He threw me my phone which had 40 missed calls from my parents who were looking for me because I didn't answer any calls. I walked home and drove to my parents house. I spent the night there and I'm still here. I cancelled his access to our house and threw out all of his stuff. I blocked him and his friends and family so they can't contact me.<br><br>My mom contacted his mom and his mom told her that my bf was crying very bad and that he wants me back. He told her that he realized he made a mistake and he wants to work things out with me. I said no and my mom said no as well.<br><br>I'm so hurt and I feel betrayed. I'm so confused. I need advice on if/when I should contact him. If I should give him a second chance and how I should deal with this situation. I'm very heartbroken and I need to know how I can move on from this.<br><br>TL;DR: I caught my boyfriend of 2 years and a half cheating on me. He planned this and wanted me to catch him. He wants me back and I dont know if I should give him a second chance.<br><br>EDIT: thank you all for the support. I think I'm gonna stay here at my parents for a while. I'll take my dog with me. My mom also contacted the police to report the stolen money so I guess they'll be paying me back soon. I think I'm gonna move out of the house and live at my parents for a bit. I'll break my lease and take my dog with me. I've thought it through and I've decided I wont give him a second chance.
