AITA for coming to breakfast basically topless?

so yesterday it was THANKSGIVING, I had to come home(23F) to my parents(60s) house to celebrate with the family as my parents wished. Now, I wanna let you guys know that my dad is very strict when it comes to my clothes, he would always call me a whore when I wear clothes that he doesn’t approve of. <br><br>He doesn’t like me wearing low cut tops, too short shorts and dresses that shows too much skin. I actually don’t wear these clothes because I’m more into a hoodie and leggings or a sweater and jeans. But he still has something to say about it. <br><br>Now yesterday, I wore a sweater and a high waist shorts. The sweater is a bit damaged on the half front part, so it leaves my half front bare, but I pulled it down so it leaves only my little cleavage showing. And I had a bra on anyway. I didn’t think it would be a problem, but my dad was mad at it. He asked me to change and I said no because I’m in my 20s and he doesn’t have a right to tell me what to wear. <br><br>He stayed mad and gave me a silent treatment until the guests were coming in and he greeted them fine. He asked me to bring out some food a little bit later, but I refused and said “oh your mad at me so I’m not gonna eat with you and I’m not gonna help you until you talk normally to me". <br><br>He literally didn’t talk to me until the end of the day and the guests went home. He literally apologised and said we’re good. But I still went to my room instead of watching a little bit of the thanksgiving football game with the family. <br><br>Now I’m wondering if I was an asshole for being stubborn when he asked me to help?
