If you’re trying to get pregnant without success, consider combining fertility tracking, a basal body thermometer and spermatogenesis cycle tracking.

Here’s why and how:

**1. Fertility tracking:** Use an app or physical tracker to track ovulation. This will give you a general idea of your fertile window. Popular apps include Flo, Clue, and Ava.

**2. Basal Body Thermometer(BBT):** Measure your temperature every morning and chart it. Your BBT will normally be around 98-99 degrees F before ovulation and will spike up to 99-100 degrees F or higher after ovulation. This is a really good physical sign of ovulation.

**3. Spermatogenesis cycle:** Sperm takes around 70-80 days to mature in a man’s testicles before it is ejaculated. The quality and count of the sperm can vary based on various factors like heat, toxins, and overall health. If you can keep track of the spermatogenesis cycle, you can try to have sex when the sperm is at its highest quality. Use fertility friendly lubricant since some could kill sperm.

Note: This isn't a sure fire way to get pregnant. It's just advice that worked for my wife and I. I'm not a doctor, so it's always best to consult an OB-GYN.
