The myth of the 80/20 rule in dating

We've all heard of the claim that 20% of the men are getting 80% of the women. <br><br>The reason why this claim is nonsense is that there are roughly equal amount of men and women in the world and a lot of them are in relationships. <br><br>Now I agree that there is inequality in the dating market and a lot of men are having trouble finding a partner. <br><br>However, the idea that 80% of the women are after only 20% of the men is just ridiculous. This would mean that 80% of the men are going to die as virgins which is not reality. <br><br>A lot of people who spout the 80/20 nonsense are just trying to sell you a solution to your dating problems or to make you feel bad about yourself and buy their product.
