**An Act to Deport Donald John Trump to the USSR**<br><br>**Be it enacted by the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the People,**<br><br>**Section 1. Purpose**<br><br>This Act may be cited as "An Act to Properly Diagnose Then Stop Donald John Trump and to Provide the People with a Sense of Justice and Freedom in the Wake of His Terrible One Term Presidency."<br><br><br><br>**Section 2. Grounds for Deportation**<br><br>United States Code Title 8, Chapter 12, Subchapter 2, Part IV, Subpart E, Section 1227 provides the legal authority to deport aliens. Donald John Trump is an undocumented, Soviet-born, illegal immigrant who is inadmissible and deportable under Section 1227(a)(1)(A)(iii) for fraud or willful misrepresentation of a material fact, under Section 1227(a)(1)(G)(ii)(I) for conviction of 2 or more crimes involving moral turpitude, and under Section 1227(a)(2)(A)(i)(I) for violating or conspiring to violate, or aiding or abetting the violation of, or inciting to or soliciting the violation of any law or regulation relating to controlled substances. <br><br><br><br>**Section 3. Deportation**<br><br>Donald John Trump shall be forthwith deported to the USSR. The Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Soviet government, shall provide for the transportation of Donald John Trump to the USSR. <br><br><br><br>**Section 4. Effective Date**<br><br>This Act shall take effect on noon, eastern standard time, January 20, 2020.
