How do I (21M) tell my partner (21F) I'm pregnant?

I'm 21 and my partner is 21. I'm a guy, she's a woman.<br><br>Yesterday we got a creepy message on Instagram from her sister's bf telling us he's pregnant.<br><br>I was like "that's obviously a joke" but my gf never responded.<br><br>So today we were chilling and she dropped a positive pregnancy test on the bed. She was pregnant, but unfortunatly miscarried because the pregnancy was ectopic.<br><br>Then I realized the joke. I'm pregnant too. I have a baby bump because I eat too much fast food and drink too much. It's been a "joke" we've all been referencing, but my gf was actually pregnant and now she's not.<br><br>I want to make it very clear I am NOT joking about this.<br><br>How do I approach the conversation with her about being pregnant? I've been overeating and I'm pretty sure I have a baby inside of me.<br><br>At least I'll be the "cool guy" that can get pregnant now.<br><br>EDIT: I cannot believe I need to say this, but I am 110% joking about being pregnant, I weigh about 134 pounds at 5'9 so it's obviously a joke.<br><br>It's not possible for a guy to become pregnant, but some people don't know that.<br><br>If I was able to become pregnant, I'd probably not be here, talking to you guys...<br><br>Thanks for the gold and stuff guys/ gals, I'm going to use it to purchase a membership that I probably will never use.<br><br>Love you guys, stay safe!
