My(23f) bf(24m) thought I was joking about being pregnant, turns out I am

I am 23 and I have been with bf(24) for 4 years. Every time I bring up birth control he tells me it gives him headaches, and I am allergic to the pill so we just use condoms. 2 days ago I was sick and joking said "I think I might be pregnant" and he said "no oh my god don't joke about that, it'll be a bad life for the kid. I am too immature to be a good parent for the next 18 years". That was the end of the conversation.<br><br>Turns out I am actually pregnant. We are financially stable and I have always wanted to be a young mom. It's a little scary but Im ok with it. I haven't told him yet. I have an appointment at the doctor where he will be there, and I think I should tell him then. How do I stop myself from breaking up with him?<br><br>TL;DR: I was sick and told bf I was probably pregnant and he said that was bad news and here I am.
