Nurse with a romantic interest in me kept “accidentally” coming into the recovery room while I was still topless

First off, let me just say that I am extremely thankful for all the medical attention I received from all the other medical staff. I could tell they were all very stressed out by the pandemic and were doing the best they could. <br><br><br>I was having eye surgery immediately after my birthday in Dec 2020. Overall the experience was good. The medical staff was very nice. I was particularly nervous because my vision was bad and I’d have to get used to harder contacts or the surgery. I’d also heard horror stories about eye surgeries so it was nice to finally get the reassurance that it would be fine from everyone. <br><br><br>One nurse was always “forgetting” that I was still topless and would constantly come in and see me and ask me if I needed anything. Every time she did this she’d always say “Oh, sorry, I forgot you weren’t done yet”. It happened about 4 times. I was so confused why she kept forgetting. She had just brought me in and I was waiting to be taken to the operating room, so I couldn’t understand how she forgot I hadn’t had my surgery yet.<br><br><br>It was more annoying than anything, but it got worse after I got out of the operating room. She was one of the nurses in charge of my recovery and she kept pulling down my blanket and exposing me. At this point I was too out of it to say anything. I was also in a lot of pain and discomfort. She kept talking about how I’d be so beautiful without glasses and how nice my eyes were going to look. She had the audacity to say “You know, I never would’ve thought you were my type, but…” and at that point I was so annoyed with her and the pain I was in that I just told her to fuck off. <br><br><br>It got to the point where my boyfriend (now fiancé) had to come in just to make sure I was okay and she was still doing all this. She even pulled my gown down a little bit and said “Looks good, right?” To my boyfriend and that’s when he told her to fuck off too and she got mad and left. <br><br><br>I’m not sure what would’ve happened if my boyfriend wasn’t there to stick up for me. I was in such a vulnerable state and in so much pain, it was so inappropriate. I didn’t even get her name to complain to her superiors.
