Is it true that Israel is in violation of UN resolution 181?

"Israel is in violation of UN Resolution 181 because it doesn’t have a constitution.” Or something to that effect.<br><br>Now, I know that UN General Assembly resolutions aren’t binding, but I’m also interested in the actual substance behind the claims. From what I understand, it’s a requirement in UN Resolution 181 for the establishment of either a Jewish or Arab state that the government must have a constitution. I was wondering if it’s true that Israel is in violation of this.
