What are your thoughts on the current situation with the sticky wages and the refusal of workers to accept lower wages?

The situation that I am describing is where wages cannot be reduced as workers refuse to accept lower wages for fear of not being able to afford their current lifestyle or meet their basic needs, as well as fears of losing purchasing power due to inflation.<br><br>Many people might say that structural reforms are needed to improve labor market flexibility and increase productivity, and I kind of agree with that.<br><br>I am not sure if this situation also occurs in the US but I am currently living in latin america.
