Traveling from America to England but have to travel by myself first time in 2 months

I haven't flown by myself let alone to another country in 2 months and I have no idea what I should bring since it's my first time flying alone and flying internationally I'm really nervous abt it. Anyone got any tips for flying internationally alone for the first time?
