What's the clearest sub-to-dub difference you've ever noticed?

I recently watched an episode where all the dialogue was translated, but the subs were more or less figurative. I don't remember the line-by-line quite well enough to repeat them word-for-word, but I'll do my best to recreate them.

---
Subs: "How's it going?"
Dubs: "How's she doing?"

Subs: "What did you saiy?"
Dubs: "What did you say?"

Subs: "What are you trying to do? Are you trying to get Yui to kill herself?"
Dubs: "What are you trying to do? Are you trying to get Yui to kill someone?"

Subs: "I don't know who they were, but they were definitely gangsters!"
Dubs: "I don't know who they were, but they were definitely thugs!"

This is the student council watching a video of two students getting into a fight...
Subs: "Looks like they're both gangsters!"
Dubs: "Looks like they're both gang members!"
Student: "I mean, gangsters and thugs are pretty much the same thing..."
Subs: "I mean, isn't 'thugs' just gangster slang?"
Dubs: "I mean, isn't 'thugs' just supposed to be a 21st century gang member?"

---
Of course, there are slight differences throughout the video, but these were the most notable parts. What other Dub/Sub differences have you noticed?
