I'm only 19 and I've been accused of paedophila, made me think about the future

So just over a month ago my parents were called up to the school I attend and accused of being the dad of a 14 year old girl and asked whether I was her father, obviously I said no and the principal told them that it was a mistake and everything seemed fine. Just today I had to go into a doctors office for my physical and the doctor asked me whether I knew the father of the girl who would be coming in the room afterwards, I replied no and she looked at me weird and told me that was weird because she had written that I was the father of her child, again I told her no and she looked confused again and made some excuse about it being a mistake. It's been really strange and I've had a weird feeling all day, even my parents were happy that it was a mistake but it made me think about the future especially if I wanted to have kids, it's fucking terrifying.
