App that higher intelligence AI than Google assistant but doesn’t call Google assistant apps.

Google assistant is nice but it’s really annoying when it calls Google apps like Google news. It’s super annoying when it calls Google news every time I use the assistant. I would love a good assistant app that has high quality performances like Google assistant apps.
