Any other women get frustrated seeing men in the "health and wellness" community speaking as if they have women's bodies?

I feel like I've seen many male wellness "gurus" speak about the female body, what it needs, how it functions, what we should eat, supplementation, etc. But it's all from a male perspective.

What really bothers me is that most of their fan base are women, often desperately searching for solutions for issues that affect women exclusively. And these men have no idea what it's like to have a female body. For example, how hormones work together to regulate a female body. I think it's very easy for men to speak about this topic because they don't live in our bodies. I see a lot of women following this advice and it makes me feel bad for them. It's all just common sense, idk.
