Why does a guy consistently end my sentences for me? He thinks I’m going to freak out

A guy I’m seeing has been telling me consistently that he can finish my sentences for me, and it’s his way of being sweet. I don’t really like it because it feels like he’s interrupting me whenever I go to say things. Normally I wouldn’t be upset, but consistently it’s his go-to thing to do. He’s also been adding his own things to my sentences, that I never intended on saying before, which also bothers me. I’ve explained to him on more than one occasion that I’m not a fan, but he won’t listen to what I have to say and make excuses for why he can do it. I’m not sure whether I should break up with him over it, or if I’m just being paranoid. Thoughts?
