I can’t explain why this is, but I always see the number 4 on license plates. Someone explain this to me

This happens to me way too much, and I can’t explain it. I’ve seen this from in store shipment numbers to license plates. Like every day. I just don’t understand why I see the number 4 so much, and NO I watch both sides of the road, this has nothing to do with the other is in my line of sight.
