I’m a Target Store Director and I’ve never cared less

If you steal and it makes you feel better, good for you. If the system was fair, no one would be in the position to feel like they have to steal. I’m not a dumb corporate drone. I’m a human who has to work 60 hours a week to feed my family and pay 8 grand a month in rent for our modest 3 bedroom apartment in a “safe” neighborhood. I’m not epollading your actions. I just don’t give a shit. I don’t care about the place I work for. I care about my team and if this job doesn’t pan out, I’ll find another. The people on reddit saying they would starve if they didn’t steal are just like me. The system fucked us and the best way to get by is to do what you have to do.
