Am I a pedophile? How do I avoid this?

I've been walking through the park, and a little girl had a cut. She showed me, and I blurted "well, you could suck it". I dont know why, it was just on instinct. <br>I realized, everyone at the park thinks I'm a pedophile. I've shit myself in fear, and am seriously considering jumping off a cliff. <br><br>But I dont have sexual desires for children, I am sexually attracted to women. Am I a pedophile after all?
