Why are there no shows where a single dad has a beautiful female nanny to help him raise his kid(s)?

There is always a male nanny when there are also moms in the show or it’s a mom with a hot male assistant. Or it’s just a single mom. That’s so weird. It’s not like we wouldn’t watch it.
