After reading the announcement posted by /u/Sevorin about the departure of our extra special mod, I thought it would be nice to create a token of appreciation that would acknowledge the effort of extra special mod and user extraordinaire, /u/skyleaf97.<br><br>&r/worldbuilding, the token is made to be convenient for mods to use when declaring members that have been a cut above the rest. It is called **Extra Special**. It is extra special! With great mod power comes great mod responsibility...<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>**What are Extra Special Awards?**<br><br>Extrsa Special Awards are awards given to the users who have been an extra special cut above the rest. It is an award made to be awarded whenever an extra special user is caught doing extra special things.<br><br>**Awarded Criteria:**<br>Contributions to the subreddit<br>Consistency and quality of post and comment content<br>Deeds of kindness, charity, and goodwill<br><br>**Moderators can award this when:**<br>A mod witnesses the behavior with their own eyes<br>Another mod recommends a user based on their interactions with them<br>A member submits evidence of the behavior<br><br>**How to earn an Extra Special Award:**<br>Be extra special. You know who you are. <br><br><br># How to give extra special awards as a mod:<br><br>Step 1: Award > Add Award<br><br>Step 2: Award > Add Custom Award <br><br>Step 3: Add the image, title, and description, and add the custom award <br><br>\---<br><br>**Administration:**<br><br>If you would like to make your own extra special award, please let me know and I can help you adapt this design for your own subreddit.
