I’ve been seeing a woman walking her dogs, but her dogs are pixelated

I walk my dog everyday, and we usually take the same route. There’s this one woman who walks her dogs and i see her pretty frequently. I usually say hi to her and make small talk, but the strange part is that her dogs are always pixelated. I have seen her dogs up close, and they’re pixelated. I have shaken her hand, and her hand was normal. I have seen her in a shirtless man in shorts, and she is normal. But her dogs, no matter what, are pixelated. I’ve said something to her about it once, and she just laughed and said it was strange. But the strange part is that we’ve been doing this for years, and she knows that i think her dogs are pixelated. This is one of my only glitch experiences, but it’s been a recurring theme for years.
