Most drunk I've been and the most drunk I've seen people act

So I drink a lot. I've blacked out a few dozen times in my life but not that often lately. Tonight though it's 3:40am and I'm still hammered. Been drinking since about 3pm. I'm not acting like myself and I can tell I'm not totally there. I can only describe it as the feeling your in a dream, but you know you're not in a dream. You just know you're not your normal self. I can see it and feel it in other people tonight too. People have been acting out of character all night and it's been noticeable. Idk if it's just the booze or what but I feel pretty off about the way everything is going.
