Why do women seem to think they are the only ones who have insecurities?

When I was in high school it was a simple fact that if you were fat and ugly you would NOT find a girlfriend, guys would work out to try and get a girlfriend and guys would spend years honing their artistic skills to try and get a girlfriend. If you didn't do this, then you were obviously out of luck.<br><br>So to me it's very weird that women seem to genuinely think that guys have no insecurities about anything and that we only care about their bodies. Do women not know that if a guy isn't funny, and nice, and artistic/skilled in some way, and smart, and muscular/ripped, and tall, and raven-black hair, and blue eyes, and good teeth, and white teeth, and white skin, and is part of the "popular crowd", and has a car (which they can fix themselves), and a "hot" car, and has a nice smartphone, and a good job, and a good career, then they will find themselves living a lonely life.
