App for floating notes

The title says it all. Imagine having little sticky notes all over your phone that you can drag around and put on top of your wallpaper, apps or pretty much anything. You can save urls,write floating notes and drag floating reminders floating reminders would be pretty much the same as floating notes but you keep track of how many days you've kept a specific note in a certain position. You could even set a notification in case you forget to do something. <br><br><br>There's apps that do things similar to this , but nothing seems to be a complete combination of them all.
