Anyone else think the shoplifting problems are overexaggerated?

I shoplifted for 3 years and never got caught and during those 3 years I stole thousands of dollars worth of stuff ranging from electronics to makeup to shoes to hoodies to all kinds of shit. In fact, I’ve never heard of anyone getting in real trouble for shoplifting unless they are repeat offenders and/or got caught stealing ridiculously high value items and even then they usually only have to pay a fine and do some community service.

True, the pressure is stressful as hell, but it’s not like the risk of actually getting caught is high. It really is mostly just about the pressure and feeling anxiety ridden. I’m primarily a booster now and I’m not worried about getting caught because it’s a victimless crime and no one really gives a shit about a low value shoplifting charge. The pressure sucks but the reward is nice and I don’t give a shit about the shitty capitalist corporations I’m fucking over.
