What is the meaning of life?

Hello everyone in this sub. I’m not a regular here so I’m not sure if this type of question has been asked before but I’ll ask it anyway. I’ve always been wondering what’s the meaning of life. Is it just the reproduction of the human race or something else? Many of us work until we die and keep society running. I believe that we as conscious human beings have the right to know what the ultimate goal is if there is one. I’m not looking for an answer necessarily but just want to discuss. What do you guys believe is the meaning of life? Or do you think there is a meaning at all? #edit I see this post has gotten a lot of downvotes but I appreciate everyone that took the time to write their opinion. Many have said that this is a meaningless question but that’s what I’m trying to figure out if that’s true. I would’ve never thought so many people on this sub don’t give a shit about the meaning of life.
