How do I (female) do the "touching my own chest" thing?

I'm familiar with the Alan Rickman scene from Dogma, but I genuinely have no idea how you touch your chest like that. I have small breasts, and everyone always talks about how that's a "cool" gesture that shows you're relaxed and confident but...where do I even put my hands? The whole breast is just a few centimeters. And yeah, I can touch them if I'm wearing a bra, but what if I'm not? Fat chance of that, I'm a coward, but I might as well be prepared.<br><br>Like, is the whole point to act like I'm trying to adjust my bra or feel my breasts? Idk, I just can't seem to understand how it's done.<br><br>Sorry for the weirdly long post :)
