Ageism in Hollywood is a massive problem, and the fact that it seems to be widely accepted does not make it okay

Ageism is a massive problem in Hollywood (and just about everywhere else) and no one seems to give a shit about it. <br>Hollywood is obsessed with being woke, and perhaps that's part of the problem. Because when you're that focused on so many other issues, you tend to forget about others or minimize them in comparison. <br>I think people also just accept it because they know that's just how Hollywood works, people get older and they're cast aside. <br>The obsession with youth is part of the problem, I think. <br><br>It's not totally non Stop though, Al Pacino, Morgan Freeman and Judi Dench are still regularly cast in big movies, but I do agree it is a problem.
