Tech firms announce alliance to fight AI misinformation

Technology giants including Google, Amazon, Zoom, and OpenAI have formed a group to combat the spread of misinformation and harmful content made with artificial intelligence (AI). The group, called the AI Trust and Safety Consortium, aims to work with government agencies and other industry partners to develop and share strategies to address the growing threat of AI-generated misinformation.
