Russia to deploy 'cyber troops' on the dark web

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to create a new unit to counter online threats, including disinformation and hacking.<br><br>This new force will be housed within Russia's FSB (Federal Security Service), the domestic successor to the KGB, and will focus on cyber warfare, disinformation campaigns, and law enforcement activities.
