Being chronically late all the time is 100% a choice

Always being late is not a quirk you can just excuse with “oh I’m a bad timer”. It’s not an accident, it’s not even because they’re bad with time, it’s just that they don’t respect others enough to leave on time. “Oh I’m running late” text at 8:05 when we were supposed to meet up at 8 is not an accident, it’s a choice. If you know you’re always running late, then LEAVE EARLIER YOU DUNDERMUTH. <br><br>I have friends who are always like “oh I’m running late, traffic” even though they take the same route they’ve taken since they were 16. They know how long it takes them, they know what they need to do in the morning, they know how bad traffic is at that time: LEAVE EARLIER YOU FUCKING INGRATE<br><br>If someone makes you wait, and you have to stay there until they show up, you are their chauffeur and you’re enabling them. You should leave without them, and only come back when they’re ready. If they ask why you left, tell them it’s because you were done waiting for them after 15 minutes. <br><br>This goes for being late to work too, but that’s not unpoular
