Guess the teacher has left the building?

I always loved this analogy, as a 9 month/180 day employee, I love to shut down my work on the last day of class and let my summer begin. I have had a few principals that I don’t agree with, they think the teachers should work the contract days and get it all done. <br><br>Recently I had a new administrator that was from another part of the country and they thought it was strange that the teachers didn’t show up to work on the contract days and were surprised that the school was open but no one was there. <br><br><br>Guess the teacher left the building.
