Does anyone know any world-building advice?

I heard a podcast, saying that with the rate that AI technology is advancing, we can expect a world where people can live without having a job, and instead the government pays for the food and rent for everyone. <br>I'm trying to build this concept out into a world, within which I can go back and forth with chats. I'm struggling to do so, though. Does anyone have advice on how to build a world if you know a general concept, but nothing else?<br><br>Thanks.<br>&#x200B;
