Microsoft is integrating OpenAI’s ChatGPT into Dynamics 365 Copilot and Power BI. The company is also launching new OpenAI-based tools, including Power Pages Copilot and Power Apps Copilot<br><br>The company says it’s learned from ChatGPT and used that knowledge to build a “next-generation AI assistant for one of the world’s leading customer relationship management (CRM) platforms,” Dynamics 365 Copilot. This new system can help with tasks like generating sales emails or chat responses.<br><br>There's also some enhancements to Power BI, like the ability to use ChatGPT to summarize data, and even create data visualizations. Similar features are also being added to Power Pages and Power Apps. The company is also announcing a new AI-powered automation tool called Microsoft Power Automate Copilot, which can write “automations” for you if you describe them to it.<br><br>Unfortunately there's no word yet on pricing or availability for these new features. However, it does sound like they’re all coming “soon” in some form or another.
