The most epic thing about the death of 4chan is that the imageboard culture died with it.

The users getting banhammered left and right.<br><br>Those who bought a subscription to hide ads and keep it alive are getting banhammered.<br><br>The outsiders looking in, realizing that their plan to migrate to other boards have failed.<br><br>The mood of the mods who aren't sure about their future.<br><br>I mean sure, there's the likes of Nijiura and others who are seeking to take the spirit of the imageboard with them. But the imageboard culture is dead. Because it can never be the same.<br><br>And so, it's here that I come to say farewell. It was nice, it was fun, but it's gone now.
