Would I be able to not have sex, and still be in a relationship with an incestuous partner?

I'm really deep in the depths of weird thoughts, and I was wondering if it's possible to not not have sex in a incestuous relationship. Like, not have sex because of fear of pregnancy, but have sex because not having sex is not weird. Hope I was able to convey this weird idea well enough
