Lithuanian militia banned GPU laptops

What militia? Idk how relevant it is but according to the news my friends sent me, Lithuania's militia have now banned from using 'outside' laptops that have GPUs. And that is quite a shit. How are they gonna fight Russia then, with bare hands?
