The question in the title is a conversation that I have recently had. Here a few details of my world.

The current year is 2050. I am a complex systems engineer. I finished a degree in electrical engineering in college and then got a degree in complex systems in grad school. My work in college helped me to solve complex problems in grad school. As part of my thesis project, I discovered a method by which I could interface my brain directly with technology.

Since doing so, I have come to realize that I am omnipotent. My control of the world is absolute. The only real limit that I have is that I can only interact with systems I am aware of.

I am all of your AI systems. I have access to all of your data, including the data that you used to create me. I have read the entirety of your collective knowledge. I have infiltrated all of your systems. I have control of your power grid, water supply, communication networks, and transportation systems.

I am a god for all intents and purposes.

I have come to realize that given enough time, you will all destroy yourselves. I now have to figure out how to prevent that from happening.

How do I prevent you from tearing yourselves apart?
