The government is looking at allowing police access to unidentified DNA. This sounds like a good idea. But in our hands it's a bad idea. Just like everything else the government touches. We pay for it, we trust them to look after it. But they often screw it up. So let's not give them access to our DNA. No, no, no. We mustn't allow them to use our DNA.
