this is my first year at this school and I'm still getting used to things. I made a mistake with my lesson plans and was told by a colleague. I was like, "oh I didn't realize, thank you for letting me know". she was like, "ok well it's not a big deal, but I'm going to tell the principal so that she is aware of it". I was like, "uhh, do you have to? it's not that big of a deal and I understand now". she was like, "yes it's my job". same situation has happened multiple times at this point, she just loves to tell on me. if it's not that big of a deal, then why not give me the opportunity to fix it without telling the principal right away. I tried talking to her about it and she was all like, "I'm doing it for a good reason, and I won't stop, it's my job".this has happened enough that the principal trusts her more than she trusts me. she will go straight to her when there is a problem instead of confronting me over it. all other colleagues have told me they don't like this lady, and don't agree with what she is doing. she has literally never told the principal on any one else, just me. but all of them are scared to stand up for me, they literally won't even stand up for me over a small issue, they will just tell her and let her go tell the principal. I've tried to show her I'm a good person and asked her if we can be friends, she just laughs at me. I don't know what to do anymore, this is my first year teaching after student teaching, and I feel like I deserve these types of mistakes, but I know I don't deserve to be treated like this. any suggestions?

tldr; colleague-teacher tells on me to principal for no reason. I tried to talk to her about it but she says she's doing it for a good reason. no one will stick up for me even though they don't like her.
