Do men go to the doctor more than women?

I was at the doctor today and so was my daughter. I have never had any problems with my doctor, he's always been professional. But my daughter is not comfortable with him as she says he's a bit "hands on" as far as her concerned. <br><br>I had a conversation with my doctor about a week ago, and he was saying that men go to the doctor way more than women or are more comfortable with them. I asked him why he thought that was and he said he didn't know, but it seems to be a lot more men going in than women.<br><br><br>So, do men go to the doctor more than women, and if so why?
