If you were born a girl but you are actually a boy, it doesn't change the fact that everyone assumed you were a girl when you were born.

It doesn't make any sense that a person can say "I was actually a boy the whole time" when they were born as a girl. It can't be the case, because a boy is defined as a person who was born with a penis and testicles. Many things in life are fluid, but the definitions we assign to words aren't.

If you came out of your mother's womb as a baby girl and then discovered you were actually a boy 7 years later, then you were not and could not have ever been a boy.

If you have something that you would assume to be a vagina, you are a girl. If you have something you would assume to be a penis, you are a boy. These are the definitions we use for a baby that just came out of its mother. If you assume a boy has a penis and a girl has a vagina, then you can't change the fact that someone is a boy when they were a girl. It's because you assigned a gender to them based on their genitals, and that can't change.
