Anime constantly has less than 10% of the budget of an average hollywood film. I know that there are bourne series with a 300 million dollar budget, however pollyanna syndrome also exists.<br><br>It's a relatively young format that is going to have it's own down moments, however the genre is constantly getting better.<br><br><br><br>Edit: 1,600 downvoted? I know it had to get big upvotes to beat that suspension, but why are you downvoting so hard?
