CMV: If you are a university student, you shouldn’t be wearing a mask in the library/bookstore/cafeteria if you are ALONE. If you are alone in a place, you are no more at risk than if you were alone in your apartment, dorm, or house.

Thanks everyone for your input.

In regards to the wearing a mask outside: I ONLY wear a mask outside if I am in a group of 5 people or less I know, and we have all agreed to not wear masks. I do not wear a mask when walking outside by myself though. The fresh air is good for you.

I think I was pretty clear when I said if I am ALONE in a library, cafeteria, or bookstore. I do not sit next to people anymore ?

Edit 2: Clarification: You are not socially distancing yourself if you are sitting next to someone. Also, I have a .000076% chance of getting COVID according to a test, and I am not taking that risk into consideration. If you are, that is up to you.
